Terms & Conditions for Kellett Charity Ball Tickets:

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions stated below. 

1. Ticket Purchases

Ticket prices are listed in HKD. Tickets are available for individuals aged 18 and older. Any Kellett non-VIPs buying tickets before 19th March - tickets maybe revoked or cancelled after purchasing. 

This is a private event for the Kellett School community only - parents, staff, and school-affiliated stakeholders. To ensure it remains a community celebration, we may cancel or revoke tickets for those who don’t meet these criteria. We appreciate your understanding!

Once a ticket (whether for an Individual, Table of 10 or Bottle of Champagne) is purchased, it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment. 

Table assignment and location will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, based on when your purchase is confirmed. When you arrive on the evening of the ball, you'll be greeted with your table number and its location.

Kellett Ball Committee’s decision is final, and table locations cannot be changed after they have been assigned. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Ticket Delivery

After Purchasing Your Ticket: an automated confirmation email will be sent to you with your ticket purchase details. Please save this confirmation (take a screenshot) and keep it on your phone, as it may be required for registration at the ball.

Tickets are valid only for the event date and time listed.

3. Event Cancellations, Changes, and Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a ticket for the rescheduled event. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be honoured for the new date.

The event organizers – Kellett Ball Committee and The Mira Hong Kong are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside of our control, such as acts of God, government restrictions, or technical failures.

Access and Attendance

Admission & Behavior: ticket holders must comply with event rules and regulations. The Mira Hong Kong reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the event for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

Liability: by purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that the event organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

Privacy & Marketing: Personal information will be used for event and school related communication and social media purposes. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection of your personal information, which will be used solely for event-related communication. The event organizers retain all rights to any photos, videos, or recordings taken during the event. Attendees consent to being filmed and photographed.

Event organizers reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
